White WolfはGamingReport.comに対し、2005年夏以降に発売予定の製品ラインナップを明らかにした。WoD関連製品は２つ。発売直後から存在がほのめかされていたV:tRサプリメント『VII』と、4月のディベロッパー・チャットで言及されていた『Lore of the Forsaken』である。具体的な発売日については発表されなかったが、予価はどちらも26ドル99セント。

Vampire The Requiem: VII
The members of the reviled cult known as VII wage a private war on the Kindred, and some whisper that they're even older than the Damned themselves! Only those within the strange covenant know the truth of the matter...whether their hostility is a holy war, a vendetta, or something altogether different. ディベロッパー・チャットで「3通りのVIIを出す」と言っていたのは冗談ではなかったらしい。いやはや。

とお寒い概要なのだが、4月のディベロッパー・チャットでイーサン自身がもっと詳しい内容を明かしてくれている。

Q: 『Lore of the Forsaken』には何が載りますか？
A: 俺の血痕……というのは冗談で、おおまかに分けてauspiceの章、LunaやFirstbornといった主要トーテムの章、Giftとriteの章、それからlocusとawakenした物品とfetishの章、という構成になる。要はForsakenと精霊との関わりの実際面を扱うハンドブックだな。Forsakenが精霊に対して何をするのか、なぜそうするのか、その結果どういう問題が派生するか、って話をやる。結果だけでなく過程も重視して描くつもりだ。追加データも多少つけるが、どちらかといえばおまけだな。——2005/4/13のディベロッパー・チャットより
