Changeling auras don't mark as "changeling." Rites of Spring talks about potential ways to penetrate the Mask, but there are no obvious differences between a changeling's aura and a normal person's; the Mask protects the aura as well.
チェンジリングのオーラにはそれと判る特徴はない。サプリメント『Rites of Spring』では〈仮面〉を透かして正体を見る方法をとりあげるが、いずれにせよチェンジリングのオーラと常人のオーラにはこれといって相違はない。〈仮面〉はオーラをも偽装するんだ。

A changeling with pledges up will have dark bands in their aura, though, much like a person under a geas of Fate. They're likely less prominent, but still there.
