Essentially, changeling blood is a little hallucinatory. You see things that aren't there. This has the mechanical effect of penalizing your Perception rolls, as you cannot as clearly discern what's going on around you. That's the "benefit." Similarly, werewolves can get Essence from eating changeling flesh, but the resonance of that Essence is strongly tainted with madness.
突き詰めて言えば、チェンジリングの血はヴァンパイアに対し若干の幻覚作用がある。吸うと、ありえないものが見える。ルール的には、知覚判定に不利な修正が課せられる。周りで起きることのどれが現実でどれが幻覚か、区別が困難になるからだ。これがチェンジリングの血の「効能」だ。ちなみに、ワーウルフがチェンジリングの肉を喰らえば人間の場合と同様にエッセンスを吸収できるが、そのエッセンスは強い狂気のレゾナンスを帯びている。
